- Please complete the application form and fax it to 1-306-778-7675. The form is available on the forms page of this website or can be picked up at our Prairie Grain Producers (PGP), office in Swift Current.
- If you do not have access to a fax machine you can call our office at 1-306-773-4545 or 1-877-397-4545 and someone will take your order over the phone.
- We will submit your application and pay the $20.00 Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) application fee on your behalf. Application fee will be deducted at the time of car settlement.
- You will receive application acknowledgment letter from CGC followed by car authorization letter along with an "I-90" tag.
